Mine lasted about 5 weeks, then I upped my exercise and ate the exercise calories and started losing again. I know it's frustrating but don't give up!

fruits are naturally higher in sugar than vegetables and they have different vitamins, minerals etc. So I would say that both are ok, you definately don't want to get all your 5 servings from fruits. I have this with a bag of veggies for my lunch and the serving is large so you probably wouldn't use all of it. I'm generous with it on my veggies and i always have a bit left over. Well I have had issues with my weight probably since around 7th grade have not always done things the healthy way and although I did lose a lot of weight fast it completely screwed up my body. actually i think you'll find (from other posts with people who know more than me!) that it is not about when you eat but how much you eat. Obviously it's not a good idea to eat hardly anything during the day and then a huge meal right before bed mainly because you'd be very uncomfortable! A lot of people think night eating…
