I have 1 cheat meal a week although what i try to do is leave myself around 500cals extra for my cheat meal so that i dont go too much over my daily limit. try to use non-diet versions of food for example regular sour cream instead of low fat. That way you're gettng extra calories but not actually eating any more food. Also a snack with peanut butter is always good for bumping up calories protein and fat!

i agree everyones body is different but just be caeful becuase this gives you a BMI of 16.2 which is in the underweight range

This is my plan for today and it comes in at just under 1,200. Breakfast- instant oatmeal with honey Snack - mango and passion fruit smoothie Lunch - pitta filled with extra light phildelphia and roasted vegetables and a carrot Snack - 1 pack raisins Dinner - homemade salmon burgers with green beans and sweet potato fries

When I came on this site a while back and lost a lot of weight and had a similar problem, the general advice and feedback that came back was that I needed to increase my calories a little ( by about 200-300 a day). I found that I was always hugnry and I think this had a lot to do with my metabolism being so much more…

although i think it is great you have made a plan. 2lbs is recommended when you have large amounts of weight to lose. For your weight a 1lb a week would be a much more realistic goal! I hope everything goes well and don't forget to eat you exercise calories so that you are eating enough :smile:

depends what type of knee problems you have. i found i couldn't do this for quite a while (my knee pain was/is due to injury). I guess every persons dfferent though and you just have to experiment to see what works best for you :smile:

spinning classes are great as they are a really hard workout and get the heart rate going but only have a low impact on the knees

The question is can you lose this much weight this quickly in a healthy way and the answer is no! Most of us are aiming foe1-1.5 lbs loss per week and what you are attempting is over 2lbs which is not healthy. Its much better to lose the weight slowly in a healthy way as it is more likely to actually stay off in the long…

No they are specific bikes for spinning and you twist a knob to increase or decrease resistance. You are just talking about the normal gym bikes. Hope this helps!
