This is really really working. I am amazed. First of all because this is the longest I've ever been able to stick to any kind of eating modification. Thank you, Mike, for this site, and thank you Banks for your inspirational posts like "expectations."

I have lost 12 pounds so far. May not seem like much, but to me it's a ton.:flowerforyou:
