I eat my nacho cheese doritos in 1oz servings... I break them into smaller pieces so it takes longer for me to eat them, and I find that 1 serving is usually enough to satisfy my craving. If I don't portion my doritos, I will nom the entire bag in a few minutes and still want more.

It's a little powdery/chalky, but it's delicious. The chocolate isn't milky/creamy. It's more of a dark chocolate. I always have a few of them lying around in case of a chocolate craving. I find that 1 peanut butter cup can satisfy my chocolate craving. You can just eat one peanut butter cup for 120 Cals.

You need fat! No fat (particularly longchain polyunsaturated fatty acids and their precursors) = All kinds of problems. (Keep away from trans fats though) Dr. Oz is a quack.

Chobani!!! I get Fage when my grocery store is out of Chobani. I like Chobani better though. I like getting the plain one, and then I add my own "flavor"

I love them! Mixed berry bliss is my favorite! I usually have them as a to-go lunch... I also eat them for breakfast when I'm running late.

They're so delicious and filling, but I don't eat them often mainly because they're pretty pricey for what they are. I'm not really worried about the fat content. It's mostly good fats, and it helps me reach my daily fat target.

I always end up eating less on my work out days. I just make sure I have my post workout drink, and I don't really care if I end up under my calorie goal for that day. I just make it up on other days.

Frozen banana and unsweetened vanilla almond milk with my chocolate flavored protein powder. I love the combination of chocolate and banana. If I use vanilla protein powder, I would add it to my oatmeal. It's so delicious. If I want to drink it, I just add milk. I hate protein powder with just water.

Do you like Indian food? Yummy, spicy, rich, fattening, glorious, glorious, curries on rice and naan. Indian is my go-to cheat meal.

Are they in season again? They're my favorite, but I can't find any at my local supermarket. Come to think of it, I haven't been seeing many apples at my supermarket recently. It seems like they replaced all the apple displays with peaches and nectarines. I just assumed that they're not in season...

Just a suggestion... you could invest in a panini press. I don't like chicken breast in the oven either. I feel like the chicken is too wet/moist, even when it's cooked through. I got a panini press from target for 29.99, and recently discovered that, aside from making sandwiches, I can grill my chicken breast there too.…
