I started with 1200 calories and had no clue about macros - It worked for awhile, then I got hangry. I have never tried any of the other 'diets'. I did try 5:2 along the way. Doing 1 fast day now. IIFIYM now, but mostly focusing to get my protein up. Also working on clean carbs and lean meats so I can lose 10 by Christmas…

Thanks WadeLam. I made this today and it is amazing. I used half turkey pastrami and half beef pastrami. Even with low sodium ingredients the recipe is still high, but I'm not complaining just wanted to share.

Me too, for the quoted paragraph. I was/am happy. I actually pulled more guys when I weighed 200+. I can't get a man to save my life now. My biggest disappointment of being big was looking at pictures of myself. I love taking pictures, but I hated seeing them.

I stop running every summer because of the heat. I hit the weights and do other things. My min/mile is usually better once I get back to running. I actually ran 6 miles the other day and it felt like I didn't take any time off.

Me too. I'm up every 2 hours to pee. My accomplishment is I ran 6 miles today. It's been a few months since I ran and I felt ready to get back at it today.

Yeap. Also Arrowhead Mills Peanut Butters, MaraNatha Almond Butters and Peanut Butters, and private label brands for Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Kroger and Safeway. They can't mess with my peanut butter. :sad:

Congrats to you for finding something that works. I just started intermittent fasting 2 days a week, but that's about it. When did you exercise? Before or after your one meal? (sorry if you answered this question already)

WOW for the first time. It is hard when you are raised to eat certain things. As children we don't really know our choices. I see a lot of parents feeding infants (like 3 months) juice bottles high in sugar. It's not necessary for a child so young.
