Stick to counting your calories and stay positive. The numbers will only go down from there. Be happy about what the scale will say a month from now, then two months,,then a year.

Good luck on the last 15 lbs. I know you can reach your goal. ;) After my 60 lbs, the last 15 were my hardest to lose, I gained it back, now I have to lost them again.

I call that a cleanse. 20 eggs would have me on the toilet all day

Setting up goals helps to keep people motivated. When I first started Jan 2013, I immediately signed up for a 10k in May. Paying for a race and setting a goal made me accountable for all that I was doing. It forced me not to quit like I had done in the past. I'm 2 years strong now because I didn't give up.

That's a great Non Scale Victory. 109 miles in a month. Keep up the great work

As you probably already know keep the sodium low. I finally came off my blood pressure meds in June. I cook most everything and rarely add salt. Anything in a restaurant usually comes loaded with sodium. It's amazing what foods are high in sodium that don't taste salty. Keep working out and you'll get there. It took me…

I can't find the group. Do you have a link for it?

For me I love Greek because I am lactose intolerant and Greek yogurt does not affect me one bit. I also prefer the thickness and more protein is an added benefit

I used to buy GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein – Naturally Unflavored and also Isopure Zero Carb Unflavored from Vitamine Shoppe. You could mix those with anything
