Why does myfitnesspal want me to eat 135 grams of protein in a day? Lean body weight is 57kg so it should be no more than 1.8 grams per kilo of body weight (if I was body building) = 103 grams of protein.
I'm confused!

I guess it depends on your set activity level, if it's high then it'll want you to consume more protein to take advantage of that.0
