Friend me if you want. I am on day 2, week 6 today. No injuries or major setbacks yet, though I did take one week off while I was on vacation.

I've been doing something like this since New Year. I have a daily health chart, and for every task I complete, I give myself a dime. Some of the things I have on there are: be on time for work, eat something organic, drink 70 ounces of water, eat at least 6 fruits/veggies, do something nice for my husband, be in bed by…

Up.

Mine is very similar to this, but I use egg whites, and I add a little bit of flax or wheat germ. Good luck!

"Last time I checked...." and "I, for one,..." People say these in arguments often, and they add nothing to the conversation.

I just peeked at a few days of your diary. Are you getting enough to eat? It looks like you're hundreds of calories under your goal some days, which can stall weight loss. Also, are you getting enough fresh fruits and veggies? Processed foods are high in sodium and sugar, and your body hangs onto that stuff longer. Fresh…

I agree with this. You can keep track of your sodium easily. I didn't pay attention to mine until I stalled, and it has helped to be more cognizant of it. Fruits/veggies are also important. Have you tried subbing in an apple and a yogurt or some veggies and dip in place of some of the processed food? Lastly, log your…

Try Jane Eyre or Great Expectations.

I eat something little before a morning workout. I don't think it's good for my system to go without food/drink from dinner time the night before until after my workout. What I usually do is drink something little, like a Danactive yogurt drink, or half a cup of soy milk or eat a piece of string cheese, just so my body…

I found it in the healthy food/organic/gluten-free section of my Pick 'n Save store. Good luck!

My favorite book is The Great Gatsby, but classics aren't for everyone. For intelligent entertainment value on a plane, I'd suggest The Hunger Games.

I know it can be bad, but I weigh in almost daily and log it here. I do not weigh in during my time of the month because I don't think it's accurate, and I know it will put me in a funk. I give myself one rest and/or cheat day a week and usually will not weigh in the following day. I find that weighing myself regularly…

I'm on week 2 and am enjoying it!

I would like to try this too, but not at this point. Honestly, I don't think I could do it. It's something I want to aspire to complete, later on in my journey. I am trying a Warrior Dash in August. Baby steps :)

I get tea from a website called The Republic of Tea. You can request a free catalog, which they'll send you monthly, along with a tea sample. They have superfruit tea, immuniteas, seasonal flavors, all kinds of fun, creative blends so you don't get bored with it.

I agree with this. You need more than one fruit/vegetable in a day. Try trading in a fast food option for an egg white omelet with some veggies and a glass of orange juice. And hang in there. You've lost 90 pounds; you're a pro at this.

The latest additions to my iPod are "Thunderstruck" by AC/DC, "Harder to Breathe" by Maroon 5, and "Seven Nation Army" by The White Stripes. They keep me moving.

Two runts: a six-year-old son and a three-year-old daughter. Add me if you want :)

I bought two new pairs of pants today, in a smaller size.

My husband and I are doing the one in Wisconsin in August. It's only 3.3 miles. We can handle that much.

Today, I had some leftover rotisserie chicken with grilled veggies (asparagus and yellow peppers).

I love my K-Swiss Tubes. I feel like I'm walking on clouds. I got my husband a pair as well, and he loves them too. http://www.eastbay.com/product/model:153235/sku:92281097/k-swiss-tubes-run-100-womens/black/light-blue/?cm=GLOBAL%20SEARCH%3A%20KEYWORD%20SEARCH

I am not an expert, but just from peeking at a few days of your food diary, I bet your sodium is pretty high. You need to either try to reduce this or be eating a lot of fruits and veggies and drinking enough water to flush this out. Good luck and keep your chin up.

The Leopard by Jo Nesbo (a real book from the library), Doc by Mary Doria Russell (Kindle book), The Language of Flowers by Vanessa Diffenbaugh (audio).

I would still keep trying. You need to find a balance between what you want versus what you need, and I can't tell if you're exaggerating. Do you literally gag after eating lettuce? Have you tried different kinds? Baby spinach, arugula, something organic, etc. Try to see this as an opportunity to try new things. Have you…

Lots of things already mentioned, but also: do something nice for my husband once a day (asked or not) try something new every day eat something organic every day complete my to-do list each day I have all this on a chart at home and pay myself a dime for each task I complete. I cash in at the end of the week and can buy…
