You need to stop, have a good long think and get yourself in the right head space. Start with just getting the food under control. Then add some exercise. focus on one part at a time <3 x

GUILTY. I will often be reading my kobo while on my exercise bike... I still maintain my pace, read a great book and time passes really quickly. Otherwise i will put on a chick flick :) Though when i do weights i just have music on.

There is a difference betweeen eating these food every single day and eating them say once a fortnight/month/year. I have also seen the reverse of this - kids that were so restricted when they could get soda and candy (as a teenager/adult) they over indulged and voila obese.

Haven't read all the replies. I have a 3 year old who has a diet mixed between - picking her own snow peas and cherry tomatoes from the garden for a snack, to eating possibly once a fortnight chips and nuggets. get a new scale?? If your clothes are too big, you see you are shrinking, then perhaps your scale is shot...

Record EVERYTHING you eat for a full week, weigh and measure everything, Hopefully you will see a change on the scale. Have you done measurements? I had one week where i lost 500 grams but 8 cms!!

I log my exercise on mfp, and it syncs with the fitbit, It looks at what the fitbit says i did and it adjusts it. (Things like cycling/exercise bike don't often register on fitbit) at the end of the day it adjusts the final numbers. I haven't had it doubled up.

I've been on regular single phase birth control for 2-3 years and managed to lose weight no problems, had no weight fluctuations when on sugar/non active pills.
