Isn't/wasn't it healthy harold? Anyway, I grew up and schooled in a low socio economic area of Straya where the obesity is much higher, we didn't learn about cico. It was only at 29 when i wanted to not be fat anymore and dr google taught me.

just monitor your supply, if you are restricted on your calories you may see a drop in supply or your energy levels

I have a 9.5month old and it's o ly been since dropping day feeds and only feeding from 4pm to 8am and my period returned that I am able to lose weight. I've now lost 9.2kg in 8 weeks!

Unless I'm hungry I don't eat those cals back- unless I have done a run or something to add ro those steps and calories burned & even then I don't eat them all back I just have some protein snack (egg or yogurt generally) and see how I go - I have a fitbit charge hr

No judgement, but do you have shoes and purse to match? would hate to be seen in a miss matched trash bag shoes and purse. my confession.Sometimes i just lick chocolate for the flavour and don't eat it. then don't log it.

hello, if you are breastfeeding don't start dieting and dropping calories before your milk supply is well and truly established. do not drop calories below 1800 -and do that slowly- with my first child i couldn't exercise and calories under 2000 without my supply dropping. I was having upto 8 cups of coffee/tea a day, with anywhere between 1-2 sugars depending on the cafe/brand of coffee. I cut that out cold turkey! - the sugar, not the coffee.

after rough nights, i find i feel better if i go for a walk with my baby, the sun, fresh air and exercise help make me feel more alert and on top of things. plus she often sleeps well in the pram/ergo

from all my reading and research, while breastfeeding you should not consume less than 1500 cals with most suggesting 1800-2000. exclusively breastfeeding is 500 cals a day, once solids/formula is commenced then its 300. I assume the 1500 is after introduction of solids. i am breastfeeding and on 1900 cals, i am losing…
