  • I use a oil mister - it really makes the oil go a very long way. I don't even use a teaspoon when I spray something. Another option - by good cookware. I have awesome ceramic pans. I cooked a chicken breast last night with no oil, butter or anything. Chicken wasn't dry either I used some light BBQ Sauce to coat it in.
  • I run more then 30 minutes a day - every day. I do it for mental well being as well as physical well being. Should you start by running that much? Probably not, but I have a solid base built up. To me not everything in life is about extending it to its maximum. I enjoy running, I love running. So I am going to run.
  • I eat some of them. I burn a large amount of calories with my workouts often times 1,000+. I am starving otherwise, it's just to large of a deficit.
  • I also recommend roasting them in the oven! I use a sprayer for my olive oil. It makes it go so much further then just tossing them in olive oil. Something such as this http://www.amazon.com/Misto-Brushed-Aluminum-Olive-Sprayer/dp/B00004SPZV

  • For running I often do not. It is something you need to build up to. I am currently on a 65 day streak of running. I have a solid base of 50mpw though. I do take 'recovery' days of 2-3 miles at an easy pace.
  • I have a Nutri Ninja and I love it. I have the one with the 3 cups, and the larger blender. I use it all the time. Not only for smoothies but for soups, chopping veggies for omelets, salsa, all sorts of things!!!
  • Heat is also produced, but the OP is referring the conservation of mass. Something has to happen to those carbon atoms they just don't vanish (exercising would be very dangerous otherwise!!). The breakdown of fat leads to Heat + CO2 + H2O produced. Fat is not exhaled as a carbohydrate, fat is not exhaled, the product of…
  • Perseverance, dedication, and commitment. Eat only what you need, not what you want. Get some physical activity. It brought me from 260 to 190 Now I'm here because I need to really track what I eat for me to loose those last 15 lbs. I didn't follow any 'fad' diet. I ate all sorts of meals. Just don't lie to yourself about…
