  • Most grocery stores sell Bison now. Check by the beef. As for cooking advice - treat it as you would a very lean beef. You can substitute bison for extra lean beef in recipes. If you get steaks or a roast (YUMMY!) prepare it as you would a tougher cut of beef since it is so lean. You may consider trying Ostrich as well.…

  • No, it's not too good to be true! I lost 6 lbs my first week too. Lots of it could be water weight, but your scale won't lie to you (good or bad). You won't have this great a loss every week, so enjoy it! :)
  • Hi there! To lose the weight in a healthy way, you should be losing 1-2 lbs a week.
