  • I eaet 1600 calories a day also...started at the 1200 mark based on losing 2 pounds a week but that was below my BMR so raised it to TDEE - 20% and that brought me to 1600. I have been losing about 1 pound a week sometimes more eating this amount. I am currently doing Insanity but still eat 1600 a day.

  • I also wake up constantly throughout the night and I am on a 1200 calorie diet as well. I am not sure if that is the reason, but I wish I could just sleep through the night a few nights a week even! I don't want this to start affecting my weight loss from the lack of sleep that I get.   • I am 5'3, starting weight 200 currently 174. My goal weight is 110-115 hopefully by the summer! I have been losing 2.5-3.5 lbs a week and hope to continue that trend!
