I'm not a Beachbody Coach either!!! Just love the workouts!

I do Pump at home and I love, love, love it!!!! Using Pump, Combat and TurboFire in my current rotation!
-
TurboFire is harder than Turbo Jam, much more intense! The TurboFire workout that reminds me the most of Turbo Jam is Fire45EZ, the reason for that is because there are no fire drills and no jumping - but Fire45EZ is still one of those workouts I struggle through...I can make it, but it's tough even now! In Turbo Jam,…

I love Turbo Jam! It was my intro to Chalene Johnson, who I just love! From there, I went to TurboFire and I still love it!!! I had great results with Turbo Jam, I started doing it after I had my son and needed to lose the baby weight. Then went on to TurboFire after its release a couple years ago. Feel free to add me!

I do Les Mills Combat and Pump, the DVD home versions and I use a Bodybugg to track mine. The hour long Combat workouts I burn anywhere from 450-600. The hour long Pump workouts are around 250, but I am not lifting to my goal weight as I am not quite there yet! It wouldn't surprise me that you could burn a higher number…

I did exercises called Tupplers a couple years ago because I had the belly split too. You can probably look them up online, google it and see if you can find the technique. It's not hard at all, but it's one of those things you have to stick with. Your belly will lift if you do them and your split will correct itself,…

I did these exercises called Tupplers. I found out about this company called Mama Mio while I was browsing through a celeb magazine and it was talking about how all the celebs get their bellies back. Anyway, mainly they sell lotions and stuff and they are really good, won't deny that...just expensive. BUT with the Belly…

I like the Danskin ones you can get at Walmart and also the Target ones. With the Target ones, you can double up a couple of cute ones and they work great. I also like the Victoria's Secret sports bras!

I wonder the same thing! I do Les Mills Pump at home and because it's cardio and weight training together, I just log it under cardio. I use a Bodybugg/BodyMedia so I do get a good calories burned count and I just log how much weight I lifted for each exercise in the notes section so I can keep up with it. I wish we had a…

I do TurboFire! I use a Bodybugg so I created the workouts under the exercise section on my page and I log my calories that way. If you don't have a HRM or other calorie counter, you could log it under kickboxing. I did that the first time because I didn't have a monitor at the time. It's fairly accurate, although a bit…

They have a step DVD with the Les Mills Pump DVD program and I've done it a few times. I am dying at the end!!! It's tough!! But I love it!

I have and I really love it! My favorites are the 55 and 60 minute workouts! I started in December and it wasn't until I started Combat that I started noticing better balance, overall body strength (arms, legs, core) and better endurance. It made my other cardio and HIIT workouts easier (TurboFire). I also do Les Mills…

Turbo is my soul mate workout! I used TJ a few years ago when I first started losing baby weight after my second boy, who is now 7. It was about 5 years ago when I did it. I fell in love with it right away and Chalene Johnson is awesome...LOVE HER!! It was so hard for me at first. I totally underestimated how much hard…

I've been doing it since December!! Love it!!!!

I have a Bodybugg/BodyMedia and those numbers sound pretty accurate. I will say that those higher calorie burns apply mainly to the longer cardio workouts. The HIIT workouts will not produce that big of a burn right away if you are looking for a high number right when you finish. So, if you are using a HRM or other…

I agree with everyone else here...keep going!! I've been doing TF for a long time now and when I first started, I stuck with the meal plan! It does seem like a lot of food, but the more you go into this program, the harder and longer those workouts become. It is true when they say your body needs fuel to get through these…

I would think if you feel you are ready for a new challenge, then Insanity may be where you want to go after TF. That's my plan anyway, but I've been doing TF for quite a while now, amongst over things. I know that some people will hybrid TF at the end of the program with another strength training program. I also know that…

I do the DVD versions at home, both PUMP and Combat and I love them both!! Never been able to do them at the gym, but I would think they would be a lot of fun with a group of people!
-
I love TurboFire, been doing it for years! I like combining it with other strength training though. There are strength training exercises included with TF, but I never really cared for them much honestly. Using the resistance band isn't my thing...but you might like them, totally a personal choice. If you are looking for…

It's been a long time since I did the prep, but I was eating about 1200 to 1400 calories a day. You might need more or you might find you can do with less. It's going to depend on how hard you go and how much you sweat. If you are burning a lot of calories, make sure you stay hydrated and put some good food in your body to…

I use it on an egg white pita for breakfast or lunch sometimes. You just put the scrambled egg whites inside the pita and top with goat cheese and roma tomato, with a side of melon...yummy lunch or breakfast for me!

I've been doing TurboFire for 2 1/2 years now, usually combined with other strength training. Right now I am combining it with Les Mills Pump and Les Mills Combat. I just started the Combat in December. It wasn't until after I started Combat that I felt stronger all over (leg strength, posture, core and balance) and the…

I love Peanut Butter too!!! So, I started using PB2, they have it in both regular flavor and chocolate!

Gives me a headache and I absolutely refuse to eat anything that contains it. I generally do not like any artificial sweetener and stay as far away from them as I possibly can!
-
Love TurboFire!!! I started a few years ago with TurboJam and then TurboFire came out! I've been doing that now for 2 1/2 years. Right now I'm combining it with Les Mills Pump and Les Mills Combat, two of my other favorite workouts! TurboFire is challenging at first, but it's so much fun! I just love Chalene Johnson, she's…

When I was working, I would get up at 4:00 a.m. and workout. It wasn't easy, but it was the only time I had to do it. Even now that I don't hold down a full time job, I stay home with a 6 year old who is autistic. It is game on from the minute he wakes up in the morning and I have to be present for that constantly! I still…

I usually do a HIIT and then Les Mills Pump directly after that. Like if I'm doing HIIT 25 that day, I'll do a 30 minute Pump. The next day, I only do cardio though, either TurboFire or Combat. The longer HIITS are pretty killer for me!!! lol
