Today is a new day, don't let one day get you down. I had a "cheat day" on Valentine's day and got right back on track the next day. My stomach was very upset the next day though so my body was punishing me for all the junk I ate.

If I'm not quite sure how many calories it has then I log it first, if it's something I am sure of then I log it after, or while I'm eating it.

Welcome! I've only been tracking what I eat on here so far and I've lost 6lbs in 3 or 4 weeks, can't for sure remember when I started really being good about what I'm eating. I am probably going to join the Y in the future, right now I can't afford it though so I will be joining Charter Fitness which is only $10 a month. Otherwise I would have to wait a few months to join the Y and not be able to have somewhere to work out in the mean time.

Yeah that was what I was thinking I already own 3 or 4 pairs of yoga pants and 2 pars of leggings that are active wear. So I can get away with not buying bottoms I just need to figure out a good sports bra to wear and some tee shirts.

I try not to drink any soda, even diet soda. I drink put Mio Energy in water if I need a caffeine fix our take 1/2 or 1 caffeine pill with a glass of water to help me with the caffeine dependency!
