  • i have the same problem as you. I think its because we are now focusing on calories, whereas we never really did before. If you have that problem you should eat healthy calories, like cereal bars or healthy lowfat yogurt. Also take vitamins! That way you will still be really healthy!!
  • i know its hard, but goign to bed early is definitely going to help your diet. Everyone knows that the later you go to sleep the hungrier you get.
