Most chains are in the database. If they aren't you can go to the chains site get the information an input it yourself as a saved meal.

Because how would you know how many calories you're eating if you don't weigh the portion? The only things I don't weight are per-portioned things.

I am allergic to dairy and soy. For cheese I like Daiya - they come in shred, slices and cubes. For yogurt I like So Delicious - it is made from coconut milk.

I take: D3 Evening Primorose Oil (Helps with my PMS cramps and I live with well water and this keeps my hair soft) Flaxseed Oil (for my hair) I should take iron but I'm out of it.

Can you open your food dairy? I'm smaller (in height and weight) than you and I eat more than you and lose... so I'm going to guess you're not eating near enough.

Yea I just moved to Colorado and have heard the same thing. That being said, me and the boyfriend still plan to go just once because cliff divers in a strip mall mexican place.

HI! Foodwise I am allergic to fresh uncooked apples, pears, peaches, plums, cherries, fennel, carrots, (any fruit you eat skin of) and all tree nuts. Also soy and all forms of ANY dairy. There was a post about fruit allergies a few days ago you are not alone.

You measure everything you need to make it... then once you're done measuring the chicken re weigh everything and do the math. Like if the flour is 80% of the recipe etc and figure out what is actually ON the chicken.

Eat a smaller portion. A serving of pasta is about 1 cup which I think is about what fits in the palm of your cupped hand. Or you could eat something else like Marsala or something grilled. Italians just don't eat pasta you know.

Get waxed. It's the only thing that doesn't give me in grown hairs or problems. Just go and do it.. eventually less hair grows in. It's the best thing I EVER did for combating the issues. Losing weight and staying healthy (i.e building muscles?) aren't the same thing. Calories are the only thing that counts. I don't eat "junk food" (candy, cake, cookies, chips etc), I eat nothing fried, I don't eat meat, or cheese or "unhealthy" foods. I eat pretty clean and tons of vegetables. Guess what I'm overweight.…
