My suggestion is instead of focusing on the 15 pounds as a whole.. Why don't you simply make mini goals. For instances.. Pick a small number like I did with 3 pounds a month. If you have room, my bestie and I would love to join the train! I have been struggling with getting underneath 200 for years now. I have gotten close and then it ballooned again. I am at 215 now and my goal is 185. But for now.. My goal is to get underneath 200. :)
