Thanks for all the advice guys! Definitely going to look into figuring out my TDEE. I don't really have an issue staying around 1200 or a little over, and I am relatively active (gym / barre at least 3x a week usually 4x or 5x)

So essentially try to follow the diet, but put more effort into staying within my caloric goals (1200) ? I feel like i've been stuck at 133-135 for months hah since some days I'm not hungry enough for breakfast or lunch but i'll have a small dinner and be fine :/
