I had to look up how much a stone was. VERY IMPRESSIVE! Way to go after it.

OP, I totally understand. At my old job we had an onsite trainer 2 x a week, so I had a standing appointment with him on my calendar. Easy peasy. Now that I've started a new job I'm having a heckuva time getting myself to the workout room. There's no trainer or instructor, so have been struggling getting in a meaningful…

Mmmmmmmm... Tacos. When I was 14, I spent an exchange summer in Mexico. I ate 9 tacos in one sitting.

I did this with Tang growing up. I would make a liquidy paste of the Tang with juuuuust enough water. Then I wouldn't clean the glass or spoon because I wasn't supposed to be eating it like that. Crazily, if I had just washed out the evidence, I could have gotten away with it. Sigh.

Love what you said here. Terrific. Excellent report. Great results.

Yeah. When'd this start happening? Will they send someone over to cook it, too? Would marry.

Good for you. Mindful eating. Or.. not eating.

Same as OP. Been lifting modestly for just over a year. Have seen improvement in strength and endurance, but not much definition. Female, 5' 3", 106 lbs, small frame. Am finding it difficult to increase weights. When I do, I am unable to get even five reps with correct form. Suggestions?

Good going!

Select a nice card, review their registry, and pick something. Or, card + something nice not on the registry. There's no tit-for-tat when it comes to gifts. Family members and friends are invited to a wedding to celebrate the happy couple. Enjoy. Have fun.

So sorry for your loss. Incredible changes you made meant to last a lifetime as you said. Are the face pictures from your Driver's Licenses? BOLD MOVE. hahahaha. Congratulations and nicely done.

Cut into how many serving sizes?

^This. Times 1,000!

Thanks for all the info and detail, Cris (can I call you Cris?). Agree with Mizzou, the burls are gorgeous. Knives too, of course. Very impressive.

^^^ Ha! I think you answered your own question. Custom knives are on back order. Plus, personally I can't imagine what the cost is on a custom knife. Nor (outside of this thread) do I even "know a guy" to even get started. Besides that, if I'm a novice-to-intermediate home cook, is a specialized knife even warranted?

Go get it, girl! Good work so far.
