I just purchased that dressing a couple of weeks ago. I like it except for the sodium. I disrupts my tastebuds from the basil. I sprinkle dried herbs on my salads. Basil, Italian Seasoning or Ms. Dash. It adds so much flavor.

I've tried Black Strap Molasses but the I started to develop heartburn. Now I use my Chlorella and Spirulina to provide me with enough iron. I no longer have anemic symptoms, I'm actully quite warm throughout the day now.

I didn't get to eat my salad today. :( I had a last minute meeting. They had sandwiches and I ate half and then took my Chlorella/Spirulina supplements. So I didn't do too bad for lunch. I just miss my salads.

HIgh fiber, low sugar cereal and Almond Milk. Add chopped banana or berriesm flax seeds, chia seeds, slivered almonds or walnuts.

I've never aspired to be skinny. I LOVE my curves and always wanted to be just..........fit. Healthy on the inside. Glowing skin and healthy eyes and nails. Stamina and a clean blood and healthy lungs.

Well in all fairness, my "salad club" has fallen apart. Some people are not as enthused about Veggies like I am but I've been doing this before I invited others to join so...I shall continue on!

I LOVE the 7 Super Foods mix. So nutrituional dense and the pumpkinseeds with dried cranberries...YUMMY! It's a work out for your jaw due to all the fiberous veggies but its so good.
