I use herbal teas. I drink Chamomile everyday especially now that it's winter. I like it plain but I also have different varieties such as Apple Cinnamon for the extra support from the cinnamon. Google the benefits of Chamomile for Diabetics. It truly helps me.

I'm a top heavy build. I lose weight in my legs first which caused to to stop being active in the past. Just keep going it will all even out.

Smothered Turkey patties with wild Rice and Green Beans. Gravy is from turkey meats juices and a little cornstarch.

I love my salads! Chef, Greek, Taco, etc. Topped with all kinds of protein and I love playing around with different dressings. Vegetables have so little calories I get to load up my plate because I like to eat (volume). Sometimes I'll splurge calorie-wise on my dressings or add some cheese or extra avocado.

This is a pefect discussion. I did pretty good today. Nutrient levels high, low sodium, workef out today and then.... a piece of pre sliced new york cheesecake. Im still okay chart wise.

I am just now getting into eating most of daily meals vegan, raw or vegetarian until dinner. I'm also researching gluten-free and wheat-free meals. I cannot post any pictures but Pinstrest has been helping me with ideas and websites. Good Luck!

You have no idea how much this is helping me. I'm usually creative when it comes to things like this but I been tuck in a rut. I have a bog of sweet potatoes, I will but individually packed items, sugar free jello (totally forgot about that one).

I try my best not to eat them all. Sometimes im just not hungry after working out but I know I need to eat something so I have a obj with only one piece of bread sliced in half, half a serving of peanut buttet and low sugar jam.

Im a Wendy's lover but mcdonalds filet fish is so yummy to me. I have pass mcdonalds every time I go to and from my gym but I stock my fridge with wonderful food now so I take a second and ask myself which would be more satisfying? 9 times out of 10 home cooked wins.
