Does anyone know if just doing cardio (i.e just running) will make my legs disproportional to my upper body? Will I get slimmer lower body than upper body?

No, it won't. No, you won't.

I should rephrase to "it could", but not because of the running, but because where our body loses fat is highly genetic. It will come off where it comes off.

I'm a top heavy build. I lose weight in my legs first which caused to to stop being active in the past. Just keep going it will all even out.
