I don't consider it cheating because I usually plan for them. A well dressed hamburger, a glorious piece of chocolate cake, a nice portion of gooey mac n cheese or a soda. I enjoy every bite/sip.

I take my sweets to work and share! Most of the time whatever it is is gone by the end of the day and I've had my fix without the temptation of it just calling you from your kitchen!

Cheese: Feta or sharp cheddar. Pastries and Cakes. :neutral_face: I know you said one thing but they are a tie depending on what's closes or more visually appealing at the time.

Herbs and spice blends. I use salt free versions. Mrs. Dash or a sprinkle of Italian seasoning. I also play around with my dressings. I try to go for low fat and low sodium versions.

My cravings this week were horrible. I wanted steak, chocolate, sugars..... everything. Also for my chocolate cravings -ovaltine and almond milk. 2 TBS of Chocolate Malt Ovaltine 40 calories, 0 fat and only 8 grams of sugar! I wish they would make a dark chocolate version.

Almond milk is loaded with calcium. Iron... im not so sure besides a multi-vitamin.

Using MFP helps me take a good look at what I'm putting in my body. I still eat what I want but now I am more balanced throughout my day. I believe I am addicted to food to a certain degree but instead of all the cakes, pies and chips. I go EXTREME with vegetables and water. My salads are gigantic because I like the chewing of food. The snacking sometimes gets me in trouble but I'm taking baby steps and I'm seeing results.

I'll have to check the database about the information on my multi vitamin because it doesn't seem accurate. This has been helpful. I never heard of camu camu nor did I know that kale has so much calcium. You gus are awesome!

AsI have become more concious, Toothpaste and Mouthwash with floride just doesn't feel right. I have been on the hunt a natural toothpaste without flouride. I've come across a few that I have acually enjoyed. I'm still searching for one in my budger and with healing ingredients.

I keep Fiber ONe cereal at my desk and almond milk in the fridge. Sometimes I'll leave the amond milk at home and just put some in a glass bottle and bring it with me. I have my measuring cups at work too. 10g of fiber in one cup of cereal...can't beat it.
