I rebooted on 1/12/17 also! We can do it! ::High Five:: Don't beat yourself up! It's easy to be negative about the fat and the issue that we even have to lose a large amount of weight (SW 320, CW 260, 5'3") but admit to yourself your already doing something correctly and making progress. Keep at it! Small progress is…

It's so easy to do it seems like it does not work, but yes it works! I have a Jawbone UP, that records steps. Walking is my main form of exercise. I started off walking a mile a day. Now I am up to 6 miles a day. Losing two pounds a week, eating about 1500 calories a day. Walking works!

Yes this is a marathon not a sprint. Not about losing weight more than we are developing a lifestyle change. Think sustainability over the long term and you will have great results! Your shakes probably have a lot of nutrition in them and that will help with meeting your nutritional macros but nothing like eating varied…

Thats strange but not everyone needs many friends on MFP. Please add me, I enjoy the social aspect of MFP and I would not have come so far with out it! I can come on here and get pepped up and talk weight loss shop with people moving in the same direction as me. SHRINKING. I have lost over 82 pounds and counting. Anyone…

I started at 320, I have lost 73 pounds at this point and I am noticing saggy skin where my body is starting to deflate. Flatter breasts, arms starting to sway, and upper thighs getting loose and swinging. Loose skin was a concern of mines but I decided I was putting the cart before the horse and I better loose the weight…

Walking is so easy! Walking is my main form of exercise. I found if I break it up through out the day 2 miles in the morning, 2 miles at lunch, I get the best results. I love to walk and I am down 72 pounds. Being healthier lends it self to walking. And it saves time!! I live in NYC I now can walk some place faster than…

I re wrote mines several times! Since your already making it happen, you can now put how much you enjoy your lifestyle change. And maybe aft sine of the things you do to make it happen. Congratulations!

Check out my diary, I eat a lot. One thing I have learned, a calorie is not a calorie. Second thing is fat is your friend!

This is a funny topic! It's so true. I am shrinking away here, having crazy fun and saving tons of money cooking my own food. I am rarely hungry! "How are you doing it?" I get asked "Calories in and calories out, a food scale and a fair amount of exercise." I reply. "I can't do that! But I did see a pill on the TV for…

You can do it, and your not alone anymore you will be surprised at the support you will find on MFP. As for your question. Surgery is not the easy way out! And to each their own. There is many ways to a healthier body, and sane mind!' I am a Obese class 3 person. I had both options on the table lose weight with diet and…

I have the most success when i drop my carbs to 75 or less, but i only do that when my weight loss is stalling.
-
Don't worry, one step at a time, started at 316 now 263, with at least 64 more to go!
-
Add me, choose me! I lost 52, with 65+ to go

I have been on a dedicated weight loss journey for 3 and a half months. I am steady losing weight, even with relapses, give up moments, can't stand myself nights crying in bed. My fat is a symptom of my emotional pain, losing weight I had to find coping mechanisms not food related. I am losing weight the same way I always…

I had a lot of little lights go off in my head and a ten pound jump start. I have had every reason to lose weight but no motivation. This year to save money I started to pack my food, I lost ten pounds with out trying, that sparked me to keep up the good work. I had a ten pound jump start to get the ball rolling! Sweet!

I would not go, because I don't want to be nude most of the time. Nothing wrong with it tho, I have been in situations like this and after the first few minutes, it's all the same thing!

Your doing it already, and this time around you are not only losing weight, you are learning the tools to keep you on track! Please don't isolate and do not feel hope less or give up! It's a process, and it will take a lot of time. But the best part is you will reach your goal weight and you will move in to maintenance…

Some one posted on MFP, eating one cheeseburger won't make you fat like eating a salad won't make you skinny :) Wish it were true tho :0)
