Constant chit chatting during classes. If you want to chat, do it before or after the class, not during when I can't hear the instructor over your giggling and talking.

Body Pump 2x a week Body Combat 2x a week Zumba 1x a week Running intervals 3-5 days (usually before whatever class I'm doing at the gym)

I go to Body Pump at the gym twice a week...I didn't realize there was an at home version!!! Going to check that out right now! LOOOOVE Body Pump!!!

I just got a Ninja Pulse System and I love it so far!!!! You blend it in the cup, like the Magic Bullet, but it's also got a larger pitcher attachment.

I weigh myself in the morning after I've been up for a few minutes. I never weigh myself with clothes on...I want it to be accurate!!!

8oz is what's considered a glass. I find it easier to drink from a 32oz water bottle all day and keep up with it that way!

1 egg, 2 egg whites, and 1/3 cup of Jimmy Dean turkey sausage crumbles. I usually have yogurt too.
