I work from home part time and have for a little over a year! I LOVE it!!! I work from 9-2 Monday-Friday and typically work out in the evenings because my hubby likes to go to the gym with me. I've found working upstairs keeps me out of the kitchen (and away from the food). :)

Get a HRM! I have a Polar FT4 and love it. I typically burn between 350 and 400 calories in Pump.

I did my first full spin class last week...my butt hurt for two days after! It is a great workout though...burns tons of calories! Everyone I've talked to says you have to do it 2-3 times before the saddle stops hurting your butt...I hope they're right! Ha!

I WAS a resolutioner last year, so I have no room to talk, but my gym was pretty busy last night. TONS of people in the classes. Going to spin tonight and I'm planning to get there super early to make sure I get a bike.

I'm a Combat regular. LOVE it. I burn between 500-700 calories, depending on which tracks we do. It's worked wonders on my legs and shoulders!!! It's a great workout and a lot of fun!

I'm in Fuquay...kinda far to be a workout buddy, but I'm happy to cheer you on! I just signed up for a 5K in October, so I've got to start running again. I am a C25K dropout! :)

Find a gym with childcare! I felt terribly guilty about leaving my three kids in childcare when I first started going to the gym. As it turns out, they LOVE going and have made lots of friends there and I love having my hour or so to myself to do what I need to do for me (and for them!). :)

That does help!!! Thank you! I totally didn't realize it was that long!!! Is one week off from the gym enough to rest and recover or do I need to take more? I'm terrified of gaining a ton while eating my TDEE, but honestly, I have been stuck for so long I'm willing to try!

I just got a Polar FT4 about three months ago. I LOVE it...it was very eye opening to learn how many calories I was really burning. I got it for about $60 online.

Love this Andrea! :) We're going in November...the first time my kids have been, but it'll be my third trip. I was in high school last time I went and was probably 125lbs (of course, I thought I was fat then). I'd hoped to be another 70lbs down before we go, but that's a lofty goal at this point. I'd settle for another 50…

I do Body Pump at the gym twice a week. I LOVE it. I do Pump on Monday and Wednesday, Combat on Tuesday and Saturday, I run on Thursdays, and I do weight training with the gym machines on Fridays. I've lost a TON of inches since I started weight training!!!

I made some yesterday with low fat mayo, celery, onion, and a few spices (garlic powder, pepper, a little salt). I put just enough mayo in it for it to stick together.
