  • Get some frozen peas on them for a while. I used to find that after exercise I'd get the same thing; even if there wasn't visible swelling, frozen peas would help...

  • I'd suggest deciding for yourself: Is it uncomfortable when you run? If it is, non impact exercise would probably be better.
