I've done the shred every day since 3/9, except for yesterday because I was ill. So I did Level 2 and 1 today to make up yesterday's lack of. The first 6 days KILLED my thighs so bad! But I pushed through. I really don't like Level 2 because it is significantly harder but I haven't stopped yet haha.

Thats what I felt the first day~ I was like wtf this is sooo easy! LOL next day was a whole diff story!

I have a question. The past 3 days have been horrid for me *really bad junk food eating* My net goal for cals should be 1200 right? So if I eat lets say 1800 cals but burn off 600 which would equal out 1200 net cals would I still lose weight? Cause I think I read somewhere that 1200 for those who don't exercise but if you…

I did Level 2 today and that **** kicked my *kitten* dreadfully omg was it painful! I hear a lot that level 3 delivers a lot more results and its more fun than 2, is that true?

I found Day one Level One to be the easiest.....and then the soreness kicked in on Day 2 and didnt go away until Day 6 for me lol! I am doing 10 days Level 1, 10 days Level 2, 10 days level 3.

These are my results after 10 days: New Measurements! Waist 31 -1.5 Hips 35.25 -.5 Neck 12 -0 L Thigh 19.5 -.5 R Thigh 20 -.5 Chest 33.5 -1.5 Biceps 9.75 - .25 Loss so far -4.75 in =) YAY~

Yes I am suppose to hit my goal of 60 mins a day so I usually do 10-20 mins of Pilates and/or Dancing for the remainder.
