I need a new workout. I bought her NMTZ but I'm just not into it at all =/ I LOVE her 3-2-1 program. Does anyone know what other workout vids she has with that style? I want to continue getting toned! Thanks <3

How long did it take you to lose those last 5-10 pounds?
I am 6 lbs away from getting to my goal and I am getting so frustrated. I feel like I've had no progress the past month. Yeah I lost a few inches but that's all =( These last 6lbs are KILLING me, so much that I'm getting discouraged. Any advice? How long did it take you?

Short Workout Max Cal Burn?
I usually do the 30 Day Shred and log it as Circuit Training for 20 mins. Do you guys know of any other videos that are only 30 mins long or so? Or some workouts you do that burn a lot of cals for ya? I work 2 jobs and I'm a full time student so I only get about an hour to myself to workout. =/

Okay so on my goals it says that the # of Calorie Burned is 1,530. But when I look at my BMR it says 1,223. Can someone explain this to me please?

A bit Impatient

I think I always give up on exercising because I KNOW it's exercise. So I was wondering, does anyone know the best Kinect game for Xbox 360 that is the best for losing weight? I currently am playing Dance Central which is fun to get me dancing and stuff. But I want something new. Any thoughts?
