A bit Impatient

Okay so when I started MFP, I was at 118. Well within the first 3 days, I realized that my calorie intake was ridiculous *about 2000 with no exercise on my part* so I kind of gave up and went up to 124 lbs. Well I gave it another go and within a week I went down to 115. And now I'm stuck. I know it's suppose to come off slowly but because I feel like if I don't see continuous results ill end up giving up. My GW is 108 by the way.

Any suggestions?

I'm of similar height (5 ft) and I too am aiming for 108-110 lbs. Advice: patience. I know that's easier to say than do, but when you don't have a lot to lose, it's going be slow. It's taken me since Oct to get where I am now, but I am getting there. Also, if the scale bothers you, weigh less often, say like every other week. Just keep at it, you will get there! :flowerforyou:

Don't go by me completely. I am a lot older than you *yikes * plus, I started right before Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. You can guess I didn't do so well during that time. But you do need to be patient.

    I didn't think about that!
I couldn't have lost what you did during those months, I prob would of gained 20 lbs cause my family likes to stuff me during the holidays.
