Do you find that if you cut way back on carbs that when you start to eat them again, you gain the weight back? I have heard this from a few people so I am hesitant to try it...

Yes, Mexican food is a staple in our house considering I live in NM. So yummy! Trying to pass on the extra cheese, sour cream, etc.

The sodium from Chipotle is horrible! We were on the go 2 nights in a row (which is very rare) and we figured Chipotle was the healthiest to grab.

I always make tortilla soup! So yummy! And I have always wanted to make chicken tacos, and finally did...even had leftovers for lunch! Thats for the awesome ideas! :)

I did the exact same thing this weekend...friends in town and family dinner. But now I am on track today! Normally, I would stay off track but my mind set is totally different this time! :) I did enjoy myself! :)

I had the same problem with my queso dip from yesterday. I ended up leaving it at my aunts house because I knew I would eat it all. I was pretty proud of myself! I agree...take it to work or school and let others finish it off!

I do one meal a week as well. A whole day leads to excessive calorie intake. It works great for me and gives me something to look forward to, so I do good all week.
