I just started up this weight loss journey again. I have never invested in a kitchen scale and finally realized it was time!
I know some are better than others so any advice is appreciated!
Thanks!

Honestly, just go on amazon and get a digital kitchen scale with a Tare function, and that has good reviews and you'll be fine. The Tare function is important0

I have a digital one (digital is important); just got it at a store like Target. You don't have to spend a lot.
Just be sure to put it on a smooth surface while you're weighing things. Sounds simple, but I used to have it on top of my microwave (which has a little ridge on it) and I couldn't figure out why it was coming up with wacky weights. :noway:
Edit: agree, tare function is important.0 -
The best is the "OXO Good Grips Stainless Steel Food Scale with Pull-Out Display". This is the one I have. I like it because it retains the last weight for quite a while - which is nice when I eat meat with the bones - I weigh it first with bones, and then again with just the bones. Also it's a really useful kitchen scale so I use it for things like weighing flour.
Other than than, any digital scale is mostly good.0 -
Thanks for the replies! Amazon is my go to shopping place so I will check that out.0
