I don't like to eat them as I feel it's just zeroing out the hard work put in to burn those calories in the first place. I guess everyone is different and you have to decide what's best for you.:smile:

Thanks all!! Very helpful. I'm not diabetic and I don't put extra sugar in anything and I'm not a sweet foods eater. So I think I will just take the 'Marie' approach and turn the sugar bit off! I'll keep focussing on the calories instead! Cheers! :drinker:
