I wear a Fitbit One 24/7 (except in the shower) - never had any problems. I clip it in my bra.

I loved the book 'Before I Go to Sleep' by SJ Watson! Very good.

Thanks for starting the group - it's just what I needed, and it sounds like I'm not the only one!! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!! We've got this! :drinker:

Hi, I'm Sarah. My starting weight is 182 and I would like to be about 175 by the end of September. It's an ambitious target, but I need to kick start my weight loss again. Good luck everyone! :drinker:

Hi I'm Sarah, aged 44 from the UK and I need to get back into being more disciplined. I've recently gained rather than lost weight and want to get back on track. Hopefully this group will be just what I need to help me do this! My starting weight is 182lbs. Good luck everyone. :flowerforyou:

I'm a teacher too and in the same boat as you! I had got up to 99lbs lost and have recently put on rather than lost! So maybe we could help each other? I am determined to get going back in the right direction. Feel free to add me. Good luck. Sarah

My name is Sarah. I would like to join please. I need a kick start back into being on the right track after putting a bit back on recently. :blushing: I've never joined a group on here before though, I am not sure what I need to do. Starting weight 182lbs

I am 15% smaller than I guessed. Very interesting. I wish they'd go a bit further though and then show what styles/clothes would suit the shape I am the most. I know it tells you what to go for, but I like to actually see things. Thanks for the heads up though.

Not bipolar as far as I know - but I have fought depression and I still get huge ups and downs. I can always feel when I'm 'going down' and so totally understand where you're coming from. It becomes a bit of a viscous circle! I hope you can find support. :flowerforyou:

Very interesting post and I will be keen to see the other replies. My brother is in a relationship at the moment which I think is abusive. More emotional than physical as far as I can tell, but who knows. I am desperate for him to get out, but unfortunately I think it's a helpless cause until the person themselves say…

If they haven't logged how will they know you're looking for them??:ohwell:

Loving this thread! My FitBit is always in my bra or with me in bed so I often miss what it has to say. Been trying it out tonight and have got a 'Hi there', 'what's up' and 'love ya'. Love my FitBit!

It took me ages to actually 'see' the difference in myself. I can remember posting a similar thread! Everyone around me commented on how much I'd lost, but I couldn't see it and felt really stupid because of it. Hang in there, with time you will see it too. You're doing great. Keep up the good work. :drinker:

They can be fussy, easily upset and have a tendency to make mountains out of molehills when in the negative state... Describes me completely at the moment! I'm willing to have a go with anything to improve that! Thanks
