Looking at others goals to lose at least 1 lb a week seems very feasible! 52 lbs in a year would really make me so much stronger,healthier and ecstatic! My goal for 2016 is to lose at least 1 lb a week and to stop saying fat jokes about myself!

Bring an apple or some lite snack. It helped me yesterday when I was out all day with the girls.

I can totally relate! I''ve been trying to drink herbal tea and I brush my teeth earlier than usual.I am hungry right now but will try to read and support others while keeping on track for myself. This too shall pass!
