    JFT Fri 01/01
    1. Prelog/follow through/90+ minutes exercise/8500+ steps/8 cups liquid.
    2. Write 3 pages. New goal: write 3 pages every morning.
    3. Sort out email account after update to Windows 10. B
    4. Forward planning for 2016.
    :) Met my goals for Fri, but can't find my post for yesterday. We had a great day watching GoTs Series 4 and taking down Christmas stuff.

    Keep the kitchen counter and sink clear for day 3
    Aim for that 8 glasses of water

    Bike for 30 minutes

    Encourage others on mfp
    Prep some healthy food for the coming week
    Go grocery shopping
    Relax afterward

    Log everything! Stay busy for 2 hours off & on today. Drink 2 containers of water. AVOID those chocolate covered almonds!!!! Put away all Christmas stuff!

    Saturday, 1/2
    1. Think before mindless eating :)
    2. no emotional eating. Journal instead my thoughts
    3. start a gratitude journal :)
    4. log every bite :)
    5. work for 8 glasses of water - 2 at each meal.. :)
    7. work on year end bookkeeping :/
    8. Watch sugar and carbs :/ Did have a mcdonalds cheeseburger. Had intended to throw away the bun, but all in all, the day was OK.

    JFT: when I go out with my friends today, I won't eat unhealthy foods just because they're not supportive of the changes I've made to my eating habits.

    Bring an apple or some lite snack. It helped me yesterday when I was out all day with the girls.

    2. Do a workout with dumbbells for 30 minutes
    3. Be positive about going back to work tomorrow... I am thankful to have employment☺ I am very fortunate to have paid time off to spend with my family over the holidays.

    Just for today -- 1/4/2016: Eat right and exercise one day at a time.

    1) Walk at least 1.5 miles during my lunch break.
    2) Walk again when I go home for at least 2 miles.
    3) Pack a lunch and snack for work.
    4) Log everything.

    :) 3. Prep for Creative Writing and Art groups tomorrow. Mostly ready to go.
    :) 4. Visit family after lunch. We had a pleasant 3 hours chatting with my elder daughter and grandkids.

    Absolutely fantastic paintings Jacqueline. The flowers are my favourite only because watercolour flowers are something that I really love. It isn't easy to do and I wish I could master this medium. I love to copy drawings from free copyright art books. I am hopeless at drawing anything from my mind only. I really admire people that can just sit down and draw anything.

    Love seeing your art work, it is really beautiful. Wishing you a great year.

    Exercise 20 min this a.m. and at least 30 min this evening. I woke up late so can't get all the exercise in this a.m.

    Joan6630- your post was the first I read this am & I feel I could "cut & paste" the same words. I'm so glad to be back & have you & the members of this group for support & inspiration. It's true, it's a new year, a new start towards our goals.
