Litehouse - it is sold at Albertson's in my city. I love the Jalapeno Ranch - I just don't use a whole lot. I too would rather have a good dressing and just use a little than a nasty fat free one.

Sounds great; thanks

Yes, I am extremely consistent about logging my food; I'm at about 90 days in a row of logging in and I record everything I eat. I've lost about 40 pounds already, so I know this works - I just stall out every so often. I do some days that are closer to 1600-1800 but most days are right at the 2000 points. Thanks for your…

interesting in reading ideas....

I'm curious too - I tried these online calculators: http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/ but each one gave me a different BF% number - and off by quite a bit from each other. I guess I need to just buy one of those caliper tools - I think that's most accurate.

No frozen, prepared meals (Lean Cuisine or WW entrees etc.) , no fast food, buy either fresh veggies and beans you make yourself or only the no-salt added kinds. Watch the sodium on raw chicken breasts - some of those are pumped up and have more sodium than other brands. I struggled at the beginning but read labels and…

I am given 2040 by MFP and I usually eat right around that - some days couple hundred under and every now and then a little bit over. I'm sure my main problem is exercise - I really don't do any still. I just bought a DVD that I'm hoping to do and stick with it! Thanks for the welcome:)

Hello everyone; are you accepting new members to this thread? My name is Jo and I started WW in Oct of 2012 then switched to MFP in March of 2013. I have a lot to lose and it's a slow-go (been stalled for a month now) so could always use extra people to keep me motivated! Would love to contribute to this thread:)

I always wonder how someone that is "trying to lose weight" can't eat calories in a day? How did you do it before you started trying to lose weight? Doesn't make sense; exercise or not - actually exercise should make you more hungry.

I will look those up " sumo squats ".... thanks!! I'm sure I can't do even one of any kind of squat. Just starting exercise after many, many years of none

You look great; totally different person now! Good job

I cook canned, drained salmon in with scrambled eggs - it sounds weird but it's good :)

Fruit - cantaloupe or watermelon. Or Cheerios with FF milk and a banana

I found some great no salt added canned veggies and beans at Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. And StarKist makes pouches of lower sodium tuna. I had a hard time with the sodium at first too - still do sometimes lol. No frozen meals for me, rarely eat anything from a restaurant - even grilled chicken salads have a ton of…

I agree - maybe she can't afford it and you would only embarrass her; no way should someone butt in!

No offense; but you aren't exactly eating healthy. Lots of candy, chips, cheese - over on carbs many days. I'd try to eat some veggies and more healthy foods. Just because you didn't go over on your calories, doesn't mean that food is good for you. You aren't giving your body what it needs nutritionally. Just my 2cents:).
