i like MsJulesRenee's idea of prepping everything and putting them in baggies. then you just pull out the baggies you need for your meal that night.

try substituting some fresh vegetables instead of pretzels, like celery, carrots, cucumbers, and peppers.

try putting slices of lemon, lime, orange, cucumbers in a pitcher in the fridge. when i first gave up diet drinks that what i did. now i am just happy with water. if i want flavor i will add a slice of citrus. good luck.
