I know you are right. I used to be about 100 lbs heavier, so that I why I have always watched the scale since I lost the weight about 6 or 7 years ago. I should be easier on myself! Teaching 6 times a week should tell me something...like I am in good shape.

Good tips! Please keep them coming! I have checked the Greek Yougart and it is full of sugar too! The tip on using jellies to add to your plain yougart is a great idea! What do you think of reduced fat peanut butter?
