meh. P90x is okay - I've done the whole program before. Shakeology is a bit pricey. Things I would recommend Fish oil, a cheap multiple vitamin, Green tea, and coffee! Do intake more than that -- sure like BCAA which is a bit pricey and can be argued for or against. Always be willing to challenge your initial conceptions…
