You look amazing! Congratulations on overcoming an ED and hitting the 62lb loss mark! That is an outstanding accomplishment.

I use a digital weight watchers brand scale (picked it up at walmart). It is very accurate and it doesn't give you 5 different readings if you step on it 5 different times in a row (had a huge issue with this on other digital scales).

You look outstanding! Amazing job!

Amazing transformation!

Hahaha I totally used a binder clip on a pair of shorts when I was bartendng one night. Needless to say, it didn't stay too well and my shorts were about 3 sizes too large and I almost gave a few people sitting around the bar a good show.

Total inspiration. You look amazing!

While you are lifting you should periodically roll your head around in a few small circles to keep your neck loosened up. If you lift and constantly have your neck tight then it's going to be sore because it's constantly straining.

Bought my proform elliptical a year ago and I loveeeee it!

A couple tablespoons of almonds... Apple with peanut butter.. Tuna with whole grain crackers.

Honestly it's like a 50/50 on MFP if people do eat their exercise calories or don't eat them. It's a high debate topic and here is my advice: go 2 weeks eating your exercise cals back and another 2 weeks not eating them back and see what works best for you.

a 3-gallon tub of super premium ice cream.. And it tastes SOOOOO much better when it's coming off. :)

Disagree. It just makes sense that eating a meal in the morning would jump start your metabolism first thing, and why would you want to load on all of your daily cals in 1 meal.. Seems like a bit of an overload for your body to handle.

Awesome advice!! Thanks for posting!

Worst idea ever. Losing weight quickly might sound like a great idea in theory, but having organ failure and a premature death won't make a "quick weight loss fix" seem worth it.

Sounds like you need to be drinking more water before and after you work out, and you may not be eating enough in the hours prior to working out. Your body needs energy to feed on when you're at the gym, so if you aren't eating something substantial in the few hours leading up to your workout then that could be the issue.

I bet all the ladies are really rethinking passing you up! :) You look AMAZING!

You sound like where I was exactly 2 years ago. The difference? I set unrealistic goals and tried the "barely eating" or "not eating" diet and, long story short, I gained another 20lbs. First off, you need to be losing weight for YOU, not for someone else. Secondly, losing weight sucks. It is hard to do, it can be…

All I can say is WOW. You look absolutely amazing! How inspiring.. :)

I'm 5' - 6" and my ultimate goal is 135 but if I get to 145-150 and like what I see maybe I'll stay around there. Everyone's body is built differently and I guess we won't truly know what our "right weight" is until we get there!

Wow.. you are seriously an inspiration. You look gorgeous and I love the bangs!

Bow chicka bowww wowwwwwwww! Lookin good :)

If you HAVE to drink beer, drink one of the low-cal beers, like budweiser select 55 or miller 64.. If you want liquor, I always go for vodka soda w/ extra lime or whiskey soda. What you should AVOID are mixed sweet/prissy drinks because they have a crap load of mixers like sweet and sour and they are full of sugar. Most…

I always resize it via adobe photoshop or paint on my computer, THEN upload it to photobucket because I have had some issues with photobucket trying to resize pics as well.

First off I'd like to appologize for missing last weeks weigh in. I was out of town until yesterday evening and the first time I even saw a scale last week was on Thursday so I figured it was so late in the week I might as well wait to weigh in today because not much was going to change. As for this week... here is my…

Hahaha ok I don't even have a clue what I weighed when I got my drivers license at the age of 16.. But I said I weighed 190 so that is what they put on it. A mere 3 months after I got my license I weighed in at 250lbs. I'm guessing I was pretty close to that when I got my license, so I was off by 60lbs. Then I lost 75lbs…

They are definite NSV's that everyone will eventually have and I love that I've seen other people have some of them and now I am finally experiencing them myself.. I am love love loving the progress I've made and I can't wait to see what NSV's I have when I am down another 14lbs!
