It's all about the broad shoulders and strong (hairy) arms for me in men. My fiancé ticks both of these boxes thankfully. I would've thought for women it'd be a decent rack no? The bodypart I'd be most envious of is a tight flat stomach cos I'd love one.

Tell your mother to mind her own business when it comes to your weightloss. Why the hell does she want you to lose 5lbs? She should be encouraging you to do it in the healthiest way possible and this diet is not it.

Dinner. Breakfast is under 300, lunch usually around the same, snacks another 300 or so, and dinner 4-500.

I just want to wish you luck and tell you that you CAN do this. And if you stay on this site and log in every day you WILL do it. The weight your at now, maybe you should hold off on the exercise until you've lost a little bit? Maybe just try lose by a calorie deficit at first? I don't know I don't have experience in that…

Another crispbread fan here, the ones I eat are 23 cals each and I eat them with low fat philadelphia with chives. 4 of them + philly is 130 cals.

I started on the 1st of January at 168lbs. I'm now 139lbs. 14lbs to my goal of 125. I've fallen off the wagon a few times. I'm kind of happy with myself now at 139....so the motivation to keep going is not as strong. I really need to get back in the zone.

Definitely face first, then arms (and my arms are stick thin already). Belly last. I dislike my body from below my boobs to my knees, and that's where the weight comes off last.

It's personal choice really. I walk my older son to school every day pushing my toddler in his buggy. It takes 25-30 mins there and back and I never ever log it. If I went for a longer walk and was really walking fast I'd log it but this is a leisurely stroll. I only log my daily workout dvd, nothing more. And I sometimes…
