What equipment for starting NROLFW?
So I just finished reading NROLFW, and now I am dying to get started. I need to buy some weights (up to now I've only been using the dreaded barbie ones lol) and have no clue what size weights I need. I'm a beginner, not to exercise but to lifting. So anyone got any recommendations?

Under 500 cal high protein dinners wanted please.

Plateau help
How do I shake things up to get out of this plateau? Cals set to 1200, I burn 200-500 per day and eat around half of my exercise cals. This is my second time to gain this month. My doctor started me on the mini pill (progesterone only) about 3 weeks ago. I stopped losing weight about 3 weeks ago. I stay within 1200 cals (net...I eat my exercise cals), exercise every day and drink loads of water. Link between the two? Anyone else on the mini pill and still losing?

Lack of energy
