I thought the basic rough guidline was half your weight in lbs in oz? So for me, that is 69.5oz. I drink around 80oz a day, I don't drink much else other than water.

Stew. Supposed to be made with cubed beef but I make it with ground beef for the kids, easier to eat. Carrots, swede, parnsips, onions, leeks (anything you want really), potatoes all boiled up in oxtail soup. Brown the beef first. Great one-pot dinner, kids love it.

I would go with No More Trouble Zones. It's her best dvd by far.
-
I alternate 3 JM dvds: No More Trouble Zones (the best workout dvd ever) Banish Fat Boost Metabolism (I hate this but I do it twice a week anyway because it's such an intense cardio workout) 6 week 6 pack (nowhere near as good as the two above, but still ok). Love her. All Hail JM  .

^^ agree with this. It's when people push their unhealthy attitudes to food onto others that I get pissed off.

It scares me too, I see so many girls on here who have obvious eating disorders and I've said before that I think this site is detrimental to their recovery. And to PROMOTE eating disorders? Are they trying to hurt others along with themselves? 1200 is low enough fgs! Anyone should be able to lose weight on that amount…

I was 19 when I had my first child and 24 when I had my second. My boys are beautiful, happy, healthy and make me proud every single day. They're 7 and 2 years old now, and I'm really glad I had them young. I'm a great mother if I do say so myself  , age doesn't come into it. You can be a mature 23 year old or an…

Yep me too. Last week I had a bad week, eating the wrong things and had to really force myself to do any exercise. Yesterday TOM arrived. I had no appetite at all and probably won't be very hungry until it's gone. I have bad cramps (I get them in my thighs for some reason) but some exercise will help, it usually does. It's…

My goal is 126lbs, my 'happy weight' is 125.6lbs. Very happy with that result! Thanks for posting op x

I hate her on 30DS and 6 week 6 pack, have to do them both muted. I like her on BFBM and NMTZ, she seems a lot calmer and more mature in those two. I like her on BL, for the entertainment value. The contestants love her so she can't be that bad. Bob annoys me more.

Ha! Saying something is a little bit different than forcing views on people. Other people talk about God. Are they forcing their views on (agnostic) me? Lol

I say this ALL the time. Milk is for baby cows not baby people. Or big people. No one gets it though. Too much propoganda out there from governments and dairy farmers.

Just remembered another annoying allergy. Bourgeouis eyeshadows. And that brand do the nicest colours. Not fair. They make my eyes all puffy and cracked it's just disgusting, can barely see.
-
I'd be scared if that happened to me NOW! I saw child's play when I was far too young in my babysitter's house. *shudder*

This is my tag line on my profile. It's meant to remind me that even if I feel like I want a big mac right now, the big mac will soon be gone and so will my weight loss for the week. Being healthy and looking good *should* mean more to me than any food. And nutella is rank!!

Pollen, nickel and egg fried rice. The only one that bothers me is the last one. I can buy hayfever tablets and wear more expensive earrings but I used to love egg fried rice. I'm not sure which ingredient I'm allergic to, not eggs anyway. I get a rash all over my body and have to get steroid cream from the doctor if I eat…

If you slept on your back or ate ice-cream too close to bedtime you had nightmares. My biological Dad moved to England when I was 4 (I'm Irish) and I knew that all my favourite cartoons were made in England. I gave him a few of my drawings and asked him to get them made into a cartoon for me. He promised he would and I…

I started 30DS at 160lbs, not obese, but overweight for my height of 5'4. It was so so hard. But it gets easier and easier. She says on the dvd that she has 400lb people doing those exercises. It's hard for everyone starting out, non of us are fit in the beginning. Keep at it, and take it as slowly as you need to.

It's very easy for posters on a forum to say "oh dump him, don't marry him!". The reality is this is only ONE aspect of your relationship. I'm sure your fiance has many good points. My advice would be do not back down. Do the things you want/need to do and if he has a little sulk or a hissy fit over it IGNORE him. You know…

I had a scales that worked perfectly well. I stupidly went and bought a weight watchers digital scales and it said I had gained 7lbs. I was devastated. Turned out that scales comes in at 4lbs heavier than the other at all times, and it was evening time when it said I was 7lbs heavier, I usually weigh in the morning. I go…

Wherever there are forums, there will always be trolls. There will always be people who get off on being nasty. The quicker you accept that the better I think. I do agree with you OP, but I can't see anyone reading this thread and then deciding to be nice from now on.

I don't have 'standards'. I just find someone attractive or I don't. I had a boyfriend when I was 16 who was seriously overweight, but he was a lovely lovely guy. I'm still good friends with him. I had a boyfriend when I was 17 who was ripped all over, but he was an *kitten*. And now I have my lovely fiance who has a…

I personally would have the same reaction to someone who was starving themselves at the same ridiculous level that this woman is gorging herself. Sad, awful and very very selfish.
-
Her attitude is disgusting, plain and simple. I have sympathy for extremely overweight people, but this woman is trying to get BIGGER. Sickening. Not enough food to go around the world but this woman can eat 15 times the recommended amount for a woman? She's a freakshow, and she's going to die from her illness. If anyone…

I have exactly the same problem right now and it makes no sense because I drink so much more water these days than I used to and I eat better. I think it's down to my new contraceptive pill. Could it be something similar for you?

20 mins of circuit training.

I have to workout at home as I never get time away from my kids, ever! I have 4 JM dvds that I rotate, 30DS, BFBM, NMTZ and 6W6P. I have zumba and wii fit for the wii but I haven't done either of those in a long time. Starting NROLFW at home as soon as I buy some decent weights, just finished the book yesterday.
-
Agree with poster above, only way to lose the belly is to lose fat. My belly is my problem area after two kids....so I feel your pain. No amount of exercise will shift my big wobbly belly, and it seems to be the last place weight comes off. So I'll just keep on going, all we can do!
-
Nope I remember it pretty well, I did it a couple of months ago, and it was the first intense workout I had ever done at the time, before that all I did was zumba. I'm sitting here right now sore from another JM dvd, 6 week 6 pack. But the pain is a good pain, it means the workout is doing what it's supposed to. Honestly,…
-
Just keep doing it every day. The pain will be gone by day 4 or 5 and day 3 is probably the worst, when you first wake up in the morning. That's how it was for me anyway. Doing it again and again helped with my pain.
