I exercise for my mental health too, I feel ready to come off my anti-depressants soon and this is all down to regular exercise. It just helps with my sleep and my mood so so much. If I have a rest day I always feel sluggish and snap at my fiance more.

I'm not pear shaped, I'm apple shaped (unhealthier shape than you, so it's worse, trust me). My thighs have gotten *tighter* since I started working out. I lost an inch at the beginning but they've stayed the same since, but are far less jiggly. Are yours less jiggly?

OP do what you want to do and don't feel you have to justify it. Well done on your 30lb loss!! When I started out I was thinking "I just want to burn CALORIES!!", and so I stuck to cardio. The past few weeks I want to incorportate some strength so I've bought NROLFW and am reading it at the moment. I haven't started…

30g of Granola with dried tropical fruit, 20g of linseed and 30g of greek yoghurt. Around 340 calories and keeps me going for HOURS.

MFP is the only 'diet' that has ever worked out for me. Because I can eat what I want really. I still try to make healthier choices though. I've lost 29lbs since 1st of January this year.....14lbs to go. But I'll stay on the site after I reach my goal, I love it.

I'm really glad you posted looking for advice and help instead of being in denial about how little you are eating. You know you're not eating enough don't you? The hair loss is quite scary. I think you need to go to the doctor asap and be completely honest. You could really damage yourself if you keep this up much longer.…

I used to drink 2 litres of 7 up free every single day. I started trying to drink half of my weight in oz of water (70oz) and since I've done that I find I might only have one glass of 7up a day, or none. So long as you're drinking your water as well, I don't see a problem with the odd can here and there.

I find that eating well and regular exercise really help with my depression. My meds make the weight a little slower to come off I think, but it's still worth it. Best of luck xx

I'd be terrified of hurting my knees if I landed on them doing a burpee! So I wouldn't attempt it. I can't do 'real' push ups either, but find burpees ok.

I drink at least half of my weight in lbs in oz. So 70oz. 9-10 glasses.

29lbs down since Jan 1st 2012, 14 to go. Although I might reset my goal to slightly less. But for now, I have 14lbs left.

Never thought I'd say this, but Miley Cyrus. That pic of her recently in her blue and black workout clothes....she just looked amazing. Almost a girl-crush. She's a bit too young for me though lol.

I met my fiance in a nightclub. Awful place to meet I know, but yes...it was love at first sight. Although I'd be one of the first people to say it doesn't exist, until it happened to us :heart:

The amount you start off with each day is your calories you *should* eat if you do no exercise. Mine are 1200. I burned 270 calories today, so this brings my amount of calories I *should* eat to 1470. I didn't eat my exercise calories though, I ate around 1200. So my net is then 1200 - 270 = 930.

I was sore for around 4 days after I started 30 day shred. No pain after that while going up levels. When I finished the 30 days I started Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, No More Trouble Zones and 6 week 6 pack (all Jillian M) and no pain at all. The few days of pain I went through with 30DS were worth it!
