  • this is so beautiful and true. I have so much respect for this woman for realizing that what she did was wrong and admitting to it. "our society is failing you." It is failing lots of people. It is telling women that they need to look, act, dress, be a certain way so that men will pay attention to them, they will get…

  • if you're hungry, eat (something healthy of course)! if you're not hungry, don't eat. Usually if you're eating healthy foods, you'll stay within your calorie limit with no problem. Just track it to make sure you're not getting too much food if you have a hard time being able to tell when it's too much. I wouldn't worry too…
  • You are not "fat" you may HAVE fat but you are not fat. These are two very different things. I would suggest maybe instead of looking at thinspo, look at fitspo instead. I think it's probably more what you're going for. The basic principle is eat clean, strength train, run just do anything active. It is a lifestyle choice…

  • Sugar is the one thing I really don't pay attention to, mostly because all the sugar I get is from fruit. I always go over on sugar because of that. Don't worry about it. Sugar from fruit is NOT the same as sugar from unnatural sources. Eat fruit to your hearts content (i do) lol.

  • "You really don't have to workout all the time, you're already skinny." maybe I ENJOY working out. maybe it's not about being skinny. maybe I wanna get awesome muscles and make my body strong and still have awesome muscles and a strong body when I'm 80. Maybe I like the feeling of sore muscles, sweat and accomplishment.…

  • Also with regards to eating back your exercise calories, there are fluctuating opinions on this. I think it depends on your body type. I usually eat back some but not all of my exercise calories and that works for me. Some people don't and some eat all of them back and that works for them. Honestly, you might have to play…
  • I think you probably mean TDEE, which is total daily energy expenditure you can calulate yours here http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/tdee-calculator.html. basically the "general" rule is to eat your TDEE -20% to lose weight. This number varies though so you might have to play with it. It's not an exact thing, it…

  • By looking at your diary it would seem your meals get higher in calorie count as the day goes on. You should possibly try eating a high protein/low fat breakfast instead of just drinking water. try a smoothie with some protein boost or something along those lines. It'll kick start your metabolism for the day. Also eating…

  • I was sixteen and still hadn't started my periods and I asked my doctor and she said that women who work out a lot/who have a lot of muscle tone usually experience either a late start or a slowed cycle if the exercise routine starts after they've already started their periods. I wouldn't worry about it too much, but it…
