I weigh daily... as distressing as it can be to see ive "gained" 4 lbs in a day, I know it will regulate by the next day, it amazes me how much the body fluctuates.

there is a delicious sundried tomato and basil tuna+crackers combo that I love for a quick snack. 190 cals, and super yummy. Also beef jerky, rice cakes, veggies + dip are some of my on to go snack choices

My gyms pool is only open from may till october, but when its open Im there everyday. I dont clculate distance but I set myself timed sets. For example I'll do breaststroke for 15 mins, then freestyle 15 mins, then do 15 mins backstroke or 15 mins with my kickboard. Then I normally sit out in the sun for a bit, and hope…

I want to get the fitbit flex but my HTC phone is not compatible. Do I NEED to sync it to a phone, or could I get one and just view my stats at the end of the day near the computer. I thought I read for the sleep part your phone had to be so close to it, to monitor it, so this would be an issue. Its annoying more phones…
