I'm under my calories everyday. I'm on 1200 calories, when you burn calories you earn more to eat. I have lost 13 pounds so far.

Welcome, It's basically pretty easy once you start doing it. Just mark down what you eat.

No need to worry, I have a splurge day once a week. Your body will throw it off. Don't weigh yourself after your spluge day. Pick a day to weigh yourself and keep it to once aweek. I picked Fridays to weigh in. Sunday's are my splurge day!!
