Just finished Insanity today!!! It gave me awesome results!!! I'm doing Turbo Fire/Insanity Hybrid next and want to start P90X after that!!!

If you're hungry eat something. If not don't. I find that when I zigzag my calories (on purpose ot by accideet) I lose more!!

Love my chiropractor!! Had severe neck and upper back issues. Drs did nothing but tell me I was fine test after test. Someone suggested it to me and it was like WOW! I've been here since January and lost 34 pounds!!! I had to break though because I needed knee surgey. Now I'm back and ready to lose 34 more pounds to reach my goal!!!!

I just completed day 37 of Insanity and it is no joke, but I actually love it. The max training very tough! Way more intense than month 1, but I'm in if it's Ok that I'm a little further!! You for sure want to get a heart rate monitor because you will burn waaaaaay more calories than MFP says! :bigsmile:

I was at the same weight for 5 weeks! It was killing me. I changed my exercise from Turbo Fire to Insanity, starting zigzagging my calories and bam, it broke!!! I was always the one who was afraid to eat those calories back, but I did it and it works!! Good luck! :bigsmile:

Just bought the polar FT4 and love it!! Easy to use and tells me calories that I have burned. A little pricey, but worth the investment if you're serious about weight loss and getting healthy!!! :bigsmile:
